Rapid Response Restoration, LLC is a company established on the principals of hard work and good customer service. It is a partnership between two hard working individuals supported by a loyal team of experienced employees. These partners bring tremendous individual strengths and experience to the forefront making Rapid Response Restoration the best poised restoration company of South West Louisiana. Together the partners bring over 50 years of relevant experience to the business, serving Louisiana building good community relationships and ties.
Growing out of a successful construction and cleaning background Ray Wright has been conducting water, fire and related remediation work since 1993. In addition, he has had a tremendous success in specialty carpet cleaning and janitorial services for private owners, institutions and the federal government. He brings his strengths: leadership, marketing, hard work, tireless business management and personal integrity to bear for the success of the business. Ray is an experienced remediator having successful response work conducted following Katrina, Gustov, and Ike in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. (List specialized training, certificates, etc. here) Bringing the scientific and technical aspects to the company is David Booth. David is a multi-media Environmental Scientist who has specialized as an Indoor Air Quality Professional this past decade. Building on his base as a student of Microbiology and a Master's in Environmental Science he has received additional specialized training and has proven both his knowledge and experience through the rigorous certification process offered by the American Indoor Air Quality Council. David now holds the top three certificates offered in the nation today: the Council Certified Mold Remediation Supervisor (CMRS), the Council Certified Mold Consultant (CMC), and the Council Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC). In addition, David is a Certified Asbestos professional, a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), and a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP). Davis has had numerous years of experience in the water damage and mold remediation business following area hurricanes in Louisiana and Texas: Rita, Gustov and Ike.
Rapid Response Restoration, LLC is a business being built in Louisiana. Centered in Lake Charles, LA our focus is the existing remediation market. We will serve those home and business owners who have suffered losses due to flood, fire or mold and perform other specialty cleaning functions such as Allergenic Cleaning, Specialty carpet cleaning and high quality janitorial services as may be requested. We will work with individual homeowners, small business owners, reality and property managers, insurance companies, large corporations and local retail stores, municipal and educational facilities. We plan to dominate the market in our area in less than two years. We will do this by bringing a level of professionalism, quality service and customer satisfaction which no other firm will bring to the market. We will surpass the competition with the latest in technological developments and do the standard work in less time saving the clients in overall costs when the job is done.
